Job summary

Blockworks is hiring two BDRs to join our growing outbound team in a fast-paced fintech and crypto-focused environment.

You will identify the right contacts at fintechs, exchanges, banks, and tech firms, and book qualified meetings for our sellers. You’ll handle multi-channel outreach and help shape scalable processes as one of the first two hires, with uncapped commission on qualified meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience with outbound sales and cold-emailing.
• Ability to book qualified meetings for B2B sales teams.
• Comfort with high-volume outreach and rejection.
• Strong communication with executives across levels.

Responsibilities

• Find the right contact at target fintechs, banks, and tech firms and secure a call with our sellers.
• Execute outbound across email, phone, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, and warm intros.
• Make cold calls and lead the first qualification conversation.
• Book qualified meetings for our sellers and hand off with context.
• Leverage our DAS conference to generate qualified meetings for the team.
• Document what works to build a scalable outbound system as one of the first two hires.
