Job summary

Blockworks, a crypto information platform, is hiring two BDRs to join outbound. You will identify the right contacts at fintechs, exchanges, banks, and tech firms building in crypto, and set up calls with our sellers. The role is fast-paced as systems are still being built and you’ll figure a lot out on your own.

You'll use multiple channels to reach prospects, qualify early, and hand off meetings with context. Remote-first team with NYC office; competitive base salary and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience running high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns.
• Ability to secure qualified meetings and move deals forward.
• Comfortably engage executives over the phone.
• Excellent written emails with replies and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound on every channel: email, phone, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, warm intros, etc.
• Make cold calls and run the first qualification conversation yourself.
• Book qualified meetings for our sellers and hand them off with enough context that the seller walks in prepared
• Leverage our DAS conference to generate qualified meetings for our sellers
• Write down what works. You’re the first two hires on our BDR team so we need to build a scalable system
