Turnkey in New York seeks a driven BDR to build and execute outbound strategies across high‑value verticals in fintech, crypto, and payments.

You will research prospects, craft personalized messages, participate in industry events, and manage early stage pipelines in Attio, coordinating with the revenue team.

This role offers real ownership, leadership access, and a clear path to AE or partnerships as the team scales.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in BDR/SDR or similar outbound roles.
• Strong written communication with personalized outreach.
• Curiosity about crypto, fintech, or developer products.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear narratives.
• Comfortable working with founders and senior leaders.
• Bias for action and fast learner.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine outbound strategies into high value verticals.
• Research prospects and craft messages addressing roadmap and pain points.
• Participate in local and international industry events to fuel pipeline.
• Create and manage early stage pipelines in Attio and support weekly reviews.
• Prospect into target accounts, qualify ICP, and hand off to AEs.
• Collaborate with product, GTM, and marketing to shape messaging.
