Job summary

You will drive end-to-end commercialization, develop clinical champions, and partner with clinicians and executives to deliver innovative surgical technologies.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, multiple stakeholder management, and post-sale adoption to achieve revenue targets and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 6 years of healthcare experience.
• At least 3 years in capital sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop quarterly business plans to meet capital equipment and disposable sales targets.
• Identify clinicians, uncover customer needs, educate using Challenger framework, and cultivate clinical champions.
• Engage with C-Suite stakeholders directly and with clinical champions and administrative staff.
• Build a comprehensive understanding of target accounts’ goals and needs through stakeholder discovery.
• Deliver and tailor product demonstrations to support sales and adoption of Ottava.
