Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Area Sales Manager (Ottava) for the Philadelphia region. This field-based role covers sales, support, and capital program management, engaging clinicians and executives to drive adoption of Ottava products.

The ASM will lead demonstrations, pricing discussions, and post-sale adoption efforts. You will develop strategic plans, access clinical champions, and collaborate with Clinical Sales and Service teams to meet territory growth while navigating a regulated,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of healthcare experience
• 3+ years in capital sales
• Ability to travel up to 75%
• Experience communicating technical product and clinical knowledge to physicians and economic buyers
• Proven ability to present to C-Suite and engage multiple stakeholders
• Comfort working in regulated environments (ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820)

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to meet capital equipment and disposable sales targets in the territory
• Discipline to access clinicians, discover needs, and build clinical champions
• Engage directly with C-Suite stakeholders and administrative staff
• Lead product demonstrations and negotiate capital pricing and terms
• Oversee post-sales installation, adoption, and utilization with cross-functional teams
• Build expert Ottava product knowledge and stay ahead of industry trends
