Job summary

Deloitte & Touche LLP is seeking a Power and Utilities OT Manager to lead a cybersecurity program for OT/ICS environments. You will identify risks, design remediation strategies, and guide clients through complex compliance challenges while aligning with Deloitte's advisory services for utilities and energy sectors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of advanced understanding and experience governing and implementing power and utility regulations and standards.
• Proven knowledge of NERC CIP, O&P, FERC, TSA Cybersecurity, IEC 62443, NEI 08-09/10 CFR 73.54.
• 7+ years of cyber risk management in OT/SCADA environments across multiple areas.
• Experience with OT/SCADA security, IACS, IoT security, and field environment security.
• Solid ability to communicate complex concepts to clients and management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks.
• Develop remediation methods to mitigate risks.
• Demonstrate problem solving and logical structuring skills.
• Tailor approaches, methods and tools for client projects.
• Participate in decision making with engagement management.
• Facilitate use of technology-based tools to review and implement solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability.
• Build relationships with clients and understand Firm services.
