Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Power and Utilities OT Manager to join its Cyber team. You will identify risks in power/utility OT environments, develop remediation strategies, and support secure technology innovation across client engagements.

The role requires deep knowledge of OT security, regulatory standards, and experience with NERC CIP/O&P, ICS, and cloud platforms. Significant travel is expected; recruitment ends 12/21/2026.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of demonstrated advanced understanding and experience governing and implementing power and utility regulations and standards.
• 7+ years of demonstrated advanced understanding and cyber risk management in OT/SCADA or related domains.
• Experience with NERC CIP, O&P, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Security knowledge in OT/ICS environments and industrial control systems.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks in Power/Utilities OT environments.
• Develop remediation methods to mitigate risks.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking for security engagements.
• Assist in tailoring approaches and tools for industry projects.
• Collaborate with engagement leadership and stakeholders to align outcomes.
