Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Power and Utilities OT (Operational Technology) - Manager to lead cybersecurity engagements across the energy sector. You will identify risks, develop remediation plans, and tailor security approaches for OT environments in power utilities, renewables, and industrial sectors.

Travel up to 50% may be required and collaboration with engagement teams is essential. Ideal candidates have extensive OT security experience, familiarity with NERC CIP, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of demonstrate advanced understanding and experience governing and implementing power and utility regulations and standards including NERC CIP.
• 7+ years of demonstrate advanced understanding and cyber risk management in at least two OT areas.
• Experience in OT security for Power Utilities & Renewables, Oil & Gas, or Industrial sectors.
• Experience designing security for infrastructure, network and applications in OT environments.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIST CSF; CISSP/CISM/CISA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks in power/OT contexts.
• Develop remediation methods to mitigate OT risks and improve profitability.
• Demonstrate problem solving and logical structuring skills for security engagements.
• Tailor approaches and tools to support Deloitte advisory projects.
• Collaborate with engagement management and understand broader impact of decisions.
• Facilitate use of technology-based tools to review, design, and implement OT products/services.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement economics and profitability.
• Build strong client relationships and communicate security needs effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and Deloitte Advisory offerings.
