Job summary

Deloitte & Touche LLP in the United States seeks an experienced Power and Utilities OT (Operational Technology) Manager to help secure and enable technology innovation within large-scale energy sectors.

In this role you will identify risks, develop remediation methods, and drive strategic security solutions across OT/SCADA environments while collaborating with client teams and Deloitte professionals. You will travel up to 50% to client sites and engagements.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years of experience governing and implementing power and utility regulations and standards.
• Experience with NERC CIP, O&P and TSA Cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 27001 standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% based on client work.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks.
• Develop remediation methods to mitigate risks.
• Demonstrate problem solving, critical thinking and logical structuring skills.
• Assist in tailoring approaches, methods and tools for projects.
• Actively participate in decision making with engagement management and understand broader impact.

• Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability and manage engagement economics.
• Demonstrate ability to build relationships with clients and communicate needs clearly.
• Understand market trends, Deloitte products and service lines.
