Job summary

Deloitte & Touche LLP is seeking a Manager in Power and Utilities OT (Operational Technology) to lead cybersecurity initiatives across regulatory compliance, OT security, and risk management. The role emphasizes evaluating complex risks, developing remediation approaches, and guiding engagement strategy within a multinational advisory context.

Requires 7+ years in OT security and cyber risk, with exposure to NERC CIP/O&P, FERC, TSA and IEC 62443 standards, plus cloud security experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of demonstrate advanced understanding and experience governing and implementing power and utility regulations and standards including: NERC CIP, NERC O&P, FERC, TSA Cybersecurity, IEC 62443.
• 7+ years of cyber risk management in OT/SCADA, IoT, OT security, INMS, embedded systems, OT networks, and related areas.
• Experience in field environments for Power Utilities, Renewables, Oil & Gas, or Industrial sectors.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and security solutions (SOC, threat management, data security).
• BA/BS in cyber security or related field preferred; certifications (CISSP/CISM/CISA) a plus.
