Job summary

Deloitte & Touche LLP is seeking an experienced Power & Utilities OT - Manager to lead cybersecurity initiatives in regulatory and OT environments. The role focuses on risk identification, remediation, and client-facing engagements across power, utilities and renewables sectors, with travel up to 50%.

The position requires deep OT security expertise, regulatory knowledge (NERC CIP/O&P, NERC CIP-015, INMS), and experience in field deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of demonstrate advanced understanding and experience governing and implementing power and utility regulations and standards including NERC CIP, O&P, FERC, TSA Cybersecurity.
• 7+ years of demonstrate advanced understanding and cyber risk management in OT/SCADA in multiple areas such as Cyber security, Secure Supply Chain, Security Analytics, SOCs, Vulnerability Management, Data Security, Secure DevOps.
• Experience with field environment in Power Utilities, Renewables, Oil & Gas, or Industrial sectors.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work across multiple locations including Charlotte.

Responsibilities
