Job summary

Deloitte & Touche LLP is seeking a Manager for Power and Utilities OT cybersecurity to advance security programs in a dynamic, risk-aware environment. You will help secure and support technology innovation across clients in the power and utilities sector, with emphasis on OT and SCADA security and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with engagement teams, assess risks, and tailor methodologies to improve security, resilience, and profitability of engagements while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• 7+ years governing and implementing power and utility regulations and standards
• Experience with NERC CIP and NERC O&P
• Experience in OT/SCADA security and industrial control systems

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks
• Develop remediation methods to mitigate risks
• Demonstrate problem solving, critical thinking and logical structuring skills
• Assist in tailoring approaches and tools for projects
• Participate in decision making with engagement management
• Facilitate use of technology-based tools to review, design or implement products and services
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability and manage engagement economics
• Build relationships with clients and communicate clearly about needs and information
