Job summary

Deloitte & Touche LLP seeks a Power and Utilities OT Manager to lead cybersecurity and risk management for industrial tech environments. You will guide complex risk assessments, craft remediation plans, and tailor methodologies across OT/ICS domains while coordinating with engagement teams and clients.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of OT security experience, familiarity with NERC/CIP, and a track record in securing SCADA and industrial networks, with travel up to 50% and a strong client-facing

Qualifications

• 7+ years governing and implementing power and utility regulations and standards.
• Experience with OT/SCADA security in two or more areas listed.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIST CSF and related standards.
• Premium preference for security certifications (CISSP/CISM/CISA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks.
• Develop remediation methods to mitigate risks.
• Demonstrate problem solving, critical thinking and logical structuring skills.
• Assist in tailoring approaches, methods and tools for projects.
• Participate in decision making with engagement management.
• Facilitate use of tech-based tools to review, design and implement products.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability.
• Build relationships with clients and communicate expectations clearly.
• Demonstrate knowledge of market trends and Deloitte Advisory offerings.
