Job summary

Responsibilities include managing OT/SCADA security programs, collaborating with engagement leaders, and ensuring secure, compliant OT architectures. Travel up to 50% may be required, with strong communication and governance skills expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing OT security programs in power/utilities sectors
• Experience with NERC CIP, O&P, IEC 62443 security standards
• Strong cyber risk management in OT/SCADA environments
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and operate across multiple sites

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks in OT environments
• Develop remediation methods to mitigate OT risks
• Demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking for security projects
• Assist tailoring approaches and tools for service offerings or client projects
• Participate in decision making with engagement management and understand broader impact
• Facilitate use of technology-based tools to design and implement OT products/services
• Improve engagement profitability and manage engagement economics
• Build client relationships and communicate needs clearly to Deloitte management
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and Deloitte Advisory products
