Job summary

Deloitte & Touche LLP is seeking an experienced Power and Utilities OT (Operational Technology) security Manager to join our Cyber team in a challenging, growth-oriented environment. You will identify risks in power and utility environments, develop remediation strategies, and collaborate with engagement leadership to protect critical infrastructure while delivering client value.

The wage range for this role is $134,500 to $265,100 annually, reflecting broad responsibilities in OT

Qualifications

• 7+ years of advanced understanding and experience governing power and utility regulations and standards (NERC CIP, O&P, FERC, TSA).
• 7+ years of cyber risk management in OT/SCADA environments in multiple areas.
• Experience with OT security, ICSS, and industrial control systems environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks.
• Develop remediation methods to mitigate risks.
• Demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Tailor approaches and tools to support projects and services.
• Engage with management and understand broader impact of decisions.
• Facilitate use of technology-based tools to review, design or implement products and services.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability and manage economics.
• Build client relationships and communicate clearly with the client and team.
• Maintain awareness of market trends and Deloitte Advisory products.
