Job summary

Deloitte & Touche LLP is seeking a Manager in Power and Utilities OT to lead cyber risk management in OT/SCADA environments. You will evaluate complex risks, tailor remediation approaches, and collaborate with engagement teams across multiple sites, including St. Louis.

The role requires deep regulatory knowledge (NERC CIP, O&P) and the ability to travel up to 50%. Strong client communication, problem solving, and a track record in OT security across industrial sectors are essential for success

Qualifications

• 7+ years of advanced understanding and experience governing and implementing power and utility regulations and standards including NERC CIP, O&P, TSA cyber security, IEC 62443.
• 7+ years of cyber risk management in OT/SCADA environments across multiple domains such as security, supply chain, analytics, and operations.
• Experience with OT/ICS security, IACS, and related industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work across multiple locations; strong client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks in OT environments.
• Develop remediation methods to mitigate risks within power, utilities, and industrial sectors.
• Contribute to decision making with engagement management and tailor approaches for projects.
• Facilitate use of technology-based tools to review, design, and implement products and services.
• Improve engagement profitability and manage engagement economics.
• Build relationships with clients and communicate clearly about Firm services and needs.
