Job summary

Deloitte & Touche LLP seeks a Power and Utilities OT Manager to help secure and support technology innovation in critical infrastructure projects. You will join a global cybersecurity team delivering risk assessment, remediation planning, and client-facing guidance.

The role requires deep OT/ICS security expertise, NERC CIP experience, and the ability to travel up to 50% to client sites across multiple US locations, including Memphis and other major cities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of demonstrate advanced understanding and experience governing and implementing power and utility regulations and standards including:NERC CIP, CIP- O&P, TSA Cybersecurity, IEC 62443, NEI 08-09, 10 CFR 73.54.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks.
• Develop remediation methods to mitigate risks.
• Demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking.
• Assist in selection and tailoring of approaches and tools for projects.
• Engage with engagement management and understand broader impact of decisions.
• Facilitate technology-based tools to review or implement products and services.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability and manage engagement economics.
• Build relationships with clients and communicate needs and requests clearly.
• Demonstrate knowledge of market trends and Deloitte Advisory offerings.
