Job summary

Deloitte & Touche LLP is seeking an experienced Power and Utilities OT Manager to lead cyber risk, OT security and regulatory compliance initiatives across a broad client set in the United States.

The role requires deep experience in NERC CIP/O&P, IEC 62443, and OT security architectures, with a track record of delivering remediation plans and client service excellence. Travel up to 50% is expected, with opportunities to grow within the Deloitte Cyber practice.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of demonstrate advanced understanding and experience governing and implementing power and utility regulations and standards including NERC CIP, NERC O&P, and related frameworks.
• 7+ years of demonstrate advanced understanding and cyber risk management in OT/SCADA environments across multiple domains (cyber security, secure supply chain, security analytics).
• Experience with OT ICS/Industrial Control Systems security and IoT/OT architectures.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks in power and utilities OT environments.
• Develop remediation methods to mitigate risks and improve engagement profitability.
• Demonstrate problem solving, critical thinking and logical structuring skills.
• Assist in tailoring approaches, methods and tools for projects and services.
• Participate in decision making with engagement management and understand broader impact of decisions.
• Facilitate use of technology-based tools to review, design and implement products and services.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability and manage engagement economics.
• Build relationships with clients, communicate clearly, and understand firm services.
