Job summary

Deloitte & Touche LLP is seeking a Power and Utilities OT Manager to lead risk assessment and remediation across OT/SCADA environments. You will evaluate complex regulatory requirements, design security controls, and guide engagement teams on best practices in Cyber and OT security.

Expect travel and collaboration with client teams. The role emphasizes deep experience in NERC CIP/O&P, ISA/IEC standards, and secure industrial architectures, with opportunities to shape offerings for power

Qualifications

• 7+ years of demonstrate advanced understanding and experience governing and implementing power and utility regulations and standards including NERC CIP, NERC O&P, FERC, TSA Cybersecurity, IEC 62443, NEI 08-09, 10 CFR 73.54.
• 7+ years of demonstrate advanced understanding and cyber risk management in OT/industrial environments including OT security, ICS security, and secure supply chains.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and security architecture for OT environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks in Power & Utilities OT.
• Develop remediation methods to mitigate risks in OT/SCADA environments.
• Demonstrate problem solving, critical thinking and structured analysis for security programs.
