Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks an experienced OT Cyber Defense Specialist to protect Dow's global manufacturing environment from cyber threats targeting OT/ICS.

Based in Midland, MI or Houston, TX, you will serve as a CSOC SME for OT security and help advance detection, investigations, and response. The role requires deep OT engineering knowledge, strong manufacturing domain experience, and the ability to communicate risks to technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above US E5 or Canadian equivalent, or 5 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in OT/ICS environments.
• Deep knowledge of OT/ICS technologies and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as OT SME on industrial control systems, OT networks and manufacturing tech.
• Lead development of OT-focused detection use cases and monitoring capabilities.
• Investigate security events affecting OT and enterprise environments; threat hunting and root cause analysis.
• Evaluate emerging threats and translate intelligence into defensive capabilities.
• Develop detection content, playbooks, and incident response guidance for OT.
• Mentor analysts to grow OT expertise within CSOC.
