Dow Inc. is seeking an Operational Technology (OT) Cyber Defense Specialist to join its CSOC in Midland, MI or Houston, TX.

The role focuses on protecting Dow's manufacturing environment, developing OT detection use cases, and leading investigations of OT security events. Ideal candidates have deep OT engineering experience and interest in cybersecurity, with an ability to communicate risks to technical and business stakeholders.

Formación

• Deep OT/ICS knowledge including DCS, PLC, SCADA, networks and manufacturing operations.
• Experience in security operations, incident response, threat hunting or monitoring preferred.
• Ability to translate technical risk into business impact for stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of OT-focused detection use cases and analytics.
• Investigate security events affecting OT and enterprise environments.
• Evaluate threats and translate intelligence into defensive capabilities.
• Develop detection content, playbooks and incident response guidance.
• Mentor analysts and grow OT expertise within CSOC.
