Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an OT Cyber Defense Specialist to join our CSOC from Midland, MI or Houston, TX. You will protect Dow's industrial control environments, develop OT-focused detections, and coordinate investigations of OT security events.

The role requires deep OT/ICS knowledge and experience in threat hunting, incident response, and cross-team collaboration with business stakeholders. U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• OT/ICS technologies and manufacturing processes knowledge.
• Experience in security operations, threat hunting, and incident response preferred.
• Ability to communicate risks to technical and business stakeholders.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Act as OT/ICS SME for CSOC and industrial control systems security.
• Develop OT-focused detection use cases and monitoring capabilities.
• Investigate security events affecting OT and enterprise environments.
• Analyze threats and translate intelligence into defensive actions.
• Create playbooks and procedures for OT incident response.
• Mentor analysts and support cross-functional cyber projects.
