Job summary

Deloitte & Touche LLP is seeking a Power and Utilities OT (Operational Technology) Manager to join its Cyber team. The role focuses on unifying security with technology innovation in the Power & Utilities sectors and requires extensive OT/ICS security expertise along with risk management across multiple standards.

Travel up to 50% is expected; position supports work across US locations. The wage range is disclosed as $134,500 to $265,100 annually, with the potential for discretionary incentives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of advanced understanding and experience governing and implementing power and utility regulations and standards including NERC CIP, NERC O&P, TSA Cybersecurity, FMRE—EIS?
• Knowledge of OT security concepts such as SCADA/ICS security, OT network segmentation, and incident response in OT environments

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks in power/utility OT contexts.
• Develop remediation methods to mitigate risks and improve engagement profitability.
• Demonstrate problem solving, critical thinking and structured decision making for engagements.
• Assist in selecting and tailoring approaches, methods and tools for service offerings.
• Facilitate use of technology-based tools to design and implement products/services.
• Participate in engagement decisions and communicate with clients to address needs and risks.
