Job summary

EY seeks an OT Cybersecurity Manager in Technology Consulting to lead client engagements that assess, design and improve cybersecurity for OT and ICS environments. You will combine practical OT security knowledge with engagement leadership, client advisory, team development and business development.

You will work across engineering, operations, cybersecurity and technology teams to help clients protect critical operations while supporting safety, availability and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, engineering, industrial automation or related field.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant cybersecurity, OT security or industrial automation experience.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews or security improvement programs.
• Practical knowledge of OT and ICA environments (SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI).
• Experience applying ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 or comparable OT guidance.
• Experience developing client reports, roadmaps, security designs and implementation documentation.
• Experience leading teams and delivering work within timelines and budgets.
• Ability and willingness to travel based on client and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including maturity and risk assessments, architecture reviews and vulnerability assessments.
• Assess industrial environments and supporting infrastructure.
• Guide practical OT security controls, including segmentation, hardening and remote access.
• Apply OT cybersecurity frameworks and standards (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST).
• Lead client workshops and translate findings into risk implications.
• Manage engagement scope, workplans, resources, risks, quality and budgets.
• Lead, coach and develop engagement team members and review deliverables.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify additional EY value.
• Support business development through proposals, presentations and thought leadership.
• Stay current on OT threat activity and leading practices.
