Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Manager in Technology Consulting to lead client engagements that assess, design, and enhance cybersecurity for Operational Technology and Industrial Control System environments. You will combine practical OT security knowledge with engagement leadership, client advisory and business development.

You will work across engineering, operations, cybersecurity and technology teams to protect critical operations while supporting safety, availability and reliability.

Qualifications

• Degree in cybersecurity, CS, IT, engineering, industrial automation or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, OT security, or industrial automation.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews or improvement programs.
• Knowledge of OT/IC environments, industrial networking and systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI).
• Experience applying ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 or similar OT guidance.
• Experience developing client reports, roadmaps, designs or standards.
• Experience leading teams and managing client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including maturity/risk assessments and architecture reviews.
• Guide security controls design: network segmentation, zones, defense in depth, hardening, secure remote access.
• Apply OT frameworks and translate findings into risk implications for clients.
• Lead workshops with operational and executive stakeholders; manage scope, timelines and budgets.
• Develop and mentor engagement teams; review deliverables and promote quality and safety.
• Build client relationships and identify opportunities for EY value.
• Support business development through proposals and thought leadership.
• Stay current on OT threats, vulnerabilities, and evolving regulations.
