Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager in Technology Consulting to lead engagements that assess and improve OT security for Industrial Control System environments. You will guide security design, risk assessments and roadmaps while coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and cybersecurity.

The role emphasizes translating technical findings into business risk, developing client relationships and contributing to business development efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of cybersecurity/OT security/industrial automation experience.
Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments or architecture reviews.
Practical knowledge of OT/ICS environments and networking.
Experience applying ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 guidance.

Responsibilities

Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including maturity and risk assessments and architecture reviews.
Assess industrial environments with ICS/OT technologies and supporting infrastructure.
Design and implement practical OT security controls and segmentation.
Apply ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and sector-specific requirements.
