Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Manager in Technology Consulting to lead client engagements that assess, design and improve cybersecurity for Operational Technology and Industrial Control System environments.

You will combine OT security expertise with engagement leadership, client advisory, team development and business development to protect critical operations while supporting safety, availability and reliability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, CS, IT, engineering, or related field.
Approximately 5+ years of relevant cybersecurity/OT security experience.
Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments and improvement programs.
Experience applying OT guidance such as ISA/IEC 62443 or NIST SP 800-82.

Responsibilities

Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including maturity and risk assessments and architecture reviews.
Assess industrial environments (IC SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI, IIoT) and related infrastructure.
Guide the design and implementation of OT security controls and monitoring.
Apply OT frameworks like ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82 to client environments.
Lead client workshops and translate findings into business risk implications.
Manage engagement scope, plans, resources, risks, timelines and budgets.
