Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Manager within Technology Consulting to lead engagements that assess, design, and enhance cybersecurity for Operational Technology and Industrial Control System environments.

You will combine OT security expertise with leadership, client advisory, and business development, coordinating with engineering, operations, and cybersecurity teams to protect critical operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Industrial Automation or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant cybersecurity, OT security, industrial automation or related experience.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews, security improvement programs or implementations.
• Experience with OT environments, industrial networking and systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI).
• Experience applying ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 or comparable OT guidance.
• Experience developing client reports, roadmaps, designs, standards or documentation.
• Experience leading teams and delivering work on time and budget.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including maturity and risk assessments, architecture reviews and implementation support.
• Assess industrial environments including IC S, SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI and IIoT.
• Design and implement practical OT security controls and monitoring.
• Apply OT frameworks and standards (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, CSF).
• Lead client workshops and translate findings into business risk implications.
• Manage engagement scope, plans, resources, risks, timelines and budgets.
• Coach and develop engagement teams and ensure quality deliverables.
• Build client relationships and identify EY value opportunities.
• Support business development through proposals and thought leadership.
• Stay current on OT threat activity and industry practices.
