Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Manager in Technology Consulting to lead engagements that assess and improve cybersecurity for OT and ICS environments. You will combine technical OT security expertise with leadership, client advisory and business development across engineering, operations and cybersecurity teams.

You will guide risk assessments, architecture reviews, and practical controls while building trusted client relationships and driving value through proposals and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field and 5+ years in OT security.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments and programs.
• Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82 guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including maturity and risk assessments and architecture reviews.
• Assess ICs, SCADA, DCS, PLCs, RTU, HMI, IIoT environments and related networks.
• Design and implement practical OT security controls and defense in depth.
• Apply OT frameworks (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82) and CSF guidance.
• Lead client workshops, translate findings into operational risk insights, manage budgets.
