Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Manager in Technology Consulting. You will lead client engagements that assess, design and improve cybersecurity for OT and Industrial Control System environments, combining practical OT security with leadership and business development.

You will work across engineering, operations and cybersecurity teams to protect critical operations while supporting safety, availability and reliability, with opportunities for client workshops and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Around 5+ years in cybersecurity, OT security, or industrial automation roles.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews or improvement programs.
• Practical knowledge of OT/ICs environments, SCADA/DCS/PLC/HMI.
• Experience applying ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82 guidance.
• Ability to deliver client reports, roadmaps and implementation documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements including maturity and risk assessments.
• Assess industrial environments and design practical OT security controls.
• Guide architecture reviews, secure remote access, asset visibility and monitoring.
• Translate findings into operational and business risk implications.
• Manage engagement scope, timelines, budgets and quality.
