Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager in Technology Consulting to lead engagements that assess, design, and improve cybersecurity for Operational Technology and Industrial Control System environments. You will blend OT security expertise with leadership, client advisory and business development to protect critical operations across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity/OT security experience.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments and roadmaps.
• Knowledge of OT/ICS environments and networks.
• Experience applying OT security guidance (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82).
• Strong client reporting, presentations and roadmaps.
• Experience leading teams and delivering on timelines and budgets.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including maturity and risk assessments, architecture reviews, and implementation support.
• Assess industrial environments with ICS/SCADA/DCS/PLC/RTU/HMI.
• Design and implement practical OT security controls and defense-in-depth strategies.
• Apply ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST 800-82 frameworks and related standards.
• Lead client workshops and translate findings into business risk implications.
• Manage engagement scope, timelines, budgets and stakeholder communications.
• Develop and coach engagement teams and promote a quality, safety-aware culture.
• Identify opportunities for EY to provide additional value and support business development.
