Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager in Technology Consulting to lead engagements that assess, design and improve cybersecurity for OT and ICS environments. You will combine practical security knowledge with leadership, advisory, and business development to protect critical operations while ensuring safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, CS, IT, Engineering, Industrial Automation or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant cybersecurity and OT security experience.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments and architecture reviews.
• Practical knowledge of OT/ICS environments and industrial networking.
• Experience applying ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82 guidance.
• Experience developing client reports, roadmaps and security designs.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client expectations.
• Willingness to travel based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements including maturity and risk assessments.
• Assess industrial environments (ICS, SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI, IIoT).
• Design and implement practical OT security controls.
• Apply ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82 frameworks.
• Lead workshops with cross‑functional stakeholders; translate findings to risk implications.
• Manage scope, workplans, resources, risks, quality, timelines and budgets.
• Coach and develop team members; promote collaboration and safety.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify additional value opportunities.
• Support business development through proposals and thought leadership.
