Job summary

EY seeks an OT Cybersecurity Manager to lead client engagements protecting Operational Technology and Industrial Control System environments. You will combine OT security expertise with engagement leadership, client advisory and business development.

You will work with engineering, operations and cybersecurity teams to design security controls, perform risk assessments and guide project delivery, ensuring safety, availability and reliability of critical operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant cybersecurity/OT security experience.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews and security improvement programs.
• Knowledge of OT/ICS environments and industrial networking.
• Experience with ISA/IEC 62443 or NIST 800-82 guidance.
• Ability to produce high-quality client reports and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including maturity and risk assessments, architecture reviews and implementation support.
• Assess IC/S environments and related industrial networks and devices.
• Design and implement practical OT security controls and defense-in-depth measures.
• Translate findings into operational and business risk implications for stakeholders.
• Manage engagement scope, timelines, budgets and quality.
