Job summary

EY in the United States is hiring an OT Cybersecurity Manager in Technology Consulting to lead client engagements that assess and improve cybersecurity for Operational Technology and Industrial Control System environments. You will blend practical OT security know-how with engagement leadership to serve clients in critical infrastructure sectors.

You will guide risk assessments, architecture reviews, and security program implementations while coordinating cross-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, IT, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 5+ years in OT security, industrial automation or related areas.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews, and security improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including maturity and risk assessments, architecture reviews and incident response planning.
• Assess IC S environments (SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI, IIoT) and related industrial networks.
• Design and implement practical OT security controls with defense in depth and secure remote access.
• Translate technical findings into clear operational risk implications for clients.
• Manage engagement scope, timelines, budgets and team development.
