Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Manager in Technology Consulting to lead engagements that assess and improve cybersecurity for OT/ICS environments. You will guide risk assessments, architecture reviews, and security strategy while coordinating with engineering, operations and executive stakeholders.

You’ll apply ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82 guidance, build roadmaps, and support business development. Expect travel and leadership across multidisciplinary teams within EY’s global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Industrial Automation or related field.
• Approximately 5+ years of cybersecurity/OT security experience in industrial environments.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews or security programs.
• Practical knowledge of OT/IC S environments (SCADA/DCS/PLC/HMI).
• Experience applying ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including risk assessment and architecture reviews.
• Design and implement practical OT security controls and monitoring.
• Translate technical findings into clear operational risk implications for stakeholders.
• Manage engagement scope, timelines, and budgets with EY teams and clients.
• Develop client reports, roadmaps and security designs for improvement.
