Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Manager in Technology Consulting to lead client engagements that assess and improve OT security for industrial environments. You will guide teams across engineering, operations and cybersecurity, delivering risk-based roadmaps and practical security controls.

The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder communication and the ability to translate technical findings into business rationale. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Industrial Automation or related field.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant cybersecurity/OT security experience.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments and improvement programs.
• Experience applying OT frameworks (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82).
• Experience developing client reports, roadmaps and security design docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements including maturity and risk assessments, architecture reviews and risk-based roadmaps.
• Assess industrial environments with ICs, SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI, SIS and IIoT technologies.
• Design and implement OT security controls for safety, availability and reliability.
• Apply ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF with client-specific requirements.
• Lead workshops and translate findings into business risk insights.
• Manage engagement scope, timelines, budgets and quality.
