EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Manager in Technology Consulting to lead client engagements protecting operational technology and industrial control systems. You will drive assessments, architecture reviews, and security improvements while guiding teams, shaping strategy, and supporting business development across engineering, operations and cybersecurity disciplines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT or related field.
- 5+ years in cybersecurity OT/industrial environments with leadership experience.
- Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments and roadmap programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead OT cybersecurity engagements including risk assessments and architecture reviews.
- Design and implement practical OT security controls and monitoring.
- Drive client workshops, translate findings into risk implications, and guide implementation.
- Manage engagement scope, timelines, budgets, and team development.
- Support business development through proposals and thought leadership.
