Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Manager to lead engagements across industrial environments, assessing and improving cybersecurity for OT/ICS systems. You will drive security strategies, roadmaps and governance while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and client stakeholders.

The role emphasizes practical controls, risk assessment, and alignment with ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST standards, ensuring safety and reliability of critical operations and enabling business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Industrial Automation or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant cybersecurity, OT security, industrial automation or related experience.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews, security improvement programs or implementation initiatives.
• Experience with OT environments and IC systems such as SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU or HMI.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including maturity and risk assessments, architecture reviews, vulnerability assessments and security strategy.
• Guide the design and implementation of practical OT security controls.
• Lead client workshops and translate technical findings into business risk implications.
• Manage engagement scope, timelines and budgets; build trusted client relationships.
