EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Manager in Technology Consulting to lead client engagements that assess and improve cybersecurity for Operational Technology and Industrial Control System environments. You will blend OT security expertise with leadership, advisory, and business development.

Travel to client sites will be required. The role involves guiding security architecture, performing risk assessments, and delivering practical controls across ICs, SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU and IIoT environments

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity/OT security in industrial environments.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments and security programs.
• Knowledge of OT networks, SCADA/DCS/ PLC/RTU/HMI.
• Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443 or NIST SP 800-82.

Aufgaben

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including risk assessments and implementation support.
• Assess industrial environments and determine security requirements.
• Design and implement OT security controls and defense in depth.
• Apply ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and sector requirements.
• Lead workshops and translate findings into business risk implications.
• Manage engagement scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders.
