Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Manager to lead engagements that assess and improve cybersecurity for Operational Technology and Industrial Control System environments. You will guide practical security controls, governance, and risk mitigation across multi-disciplinary teams in industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Industrial Automation or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant cybersecurity, OT security or industrial automation experience.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews or security improvement programs.
• Practical knowledge of OT/ICS environments, ICS networks and systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI).
• Experience applying ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 or similar OT guidance.
• Experience developing client reports, roadmaps, security designs and implementation documentation.
• Experience leading teams and delivering work within timelines and budgets.
• Ability and willingness to travel based on client and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including maturity and risk assessments, architecture reviews and roadmap development.
• Assess industrial environments and supporting infrastructure (IC S, SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI, IIoT).
• Design and implement practical OT security controls: segmentation, defense in depth, secure remote access, monitoring and incident response.
• Apply OT frameworks and standards (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82; CSF as relevant).
• Lead workshops and discuss findings with operational, engineering, cybersecurity and executive stakeholders.
• Manage scope, workplans, resources, risks, budgets and progress reporting.
• Coach and develop team members; promote quality and safety in delivery.
• Build client relationships and identify EY value-added opportunities.
• Support business development through proposals, presentations and thought leadership.
• Stay updated on OT threat activity, vulnerabilities and regulations.
