Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Manager to lead engagements that assess and improve cybersecurity for OT/ICS environments. You will guide architecture reviews, risk assessments and roadmaps, while working across engineering, operations and cybersecurity teams.

The role requires deep OT security knowledge and ability to translate technical findings into business risk insights. Expect collaboration with executives and the opportunity to shape critical infrastructure security programs.

Qualifications

• BS degree in cybersecurity, CS, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, OT security, or industrial automation.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments and improvement programs.
• Knowledge of OT/ICS environments including SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI.
• Experience applying ISA/IEC 62443 or NIST 800-82 guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including risk assessments and roadmaps.
• Assess industrial environments and supporting infrastructure.
• Design and implement OT security controls and monitoring capabilities.
• Translate findings into operational and business risk implications.
• Manage engagement scope, timelines, budgets and team development.
