Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Manager in Technology Consulting to lead client engagements that assess, design and improve cybersecurity for OT/ICS environments. You will combine OT security expertise with leadership, advisory and business development to protect critical operations while enabling safety and reliability.

The role requires guiding teams across engineering, operations and cybersecurity, delivering clear risk-based recommendations and ensuring project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity/ICS
• 5+ years of cybersecurity/OT security experience
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments and programs
• Practical knowledge of OT/ICS environments, networks and protocols
• Experience applying ISA/IEC 62443 or NIST 800-82 guidance
• Experience developing client reports, roadmaps and security designs

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including maturity and risk assessments
• Assess industrial environments (ICS, SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI, SIS, IIoT)
• Design and implement practical OT security controls
• Apply ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF and sector requirements
• Lead client workshops and translate findings to business risk
• Manage engagement scope, timelines, budgets and quality
• Coach and develop engagement teams
• Build trusted client relationships and identify EY value
• Support business development through proposals and thought leadership
• Stay current on OT threat activity and regulations
