Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Manager within Technology Consulting to lead client engagements that assess and improve cybersecurity for OT and Industrial Control System environments. You will guide teams across engineering, operations, and cybersecurity while aligning security with safety, availability and reliability.

You will design practical security controls and lead workshops, translating findings into actionable risk guidance and roadmaps for industrial clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, OT security, industrial automation or related field.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant cybersecurity/OT security experience.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews, security improvement programs or implementation initiatives.
• Practical knowledge of OT/IC S environments, industrial networking and systems such as SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU or HMI.
• Experience applying OT cybersecurity guidance like ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including maturity and risk assessments, architecture and configuration reviews, vulnerability assessments, security strategy and implementation support.
• Assess industrial environments including ICS, SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI, SIS and IIoT technologies.
• Design and implement OT security controls: network segmentation, defense in depth, secure remote access, asset visibility, monitoring and incident response.
• Apply ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 and related standards to client environments.
• Lead client workshops and translate technical findings into business risk implications.
• Manage engagement scope, workplans, resources, risks, quality, timelines and budgets.
