Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Santa Rosa, CA territory within DePuy Synthes. The role focuses on clinical and customer support, sales logistics, and building strong surgeon and account relationships.

In this position you will assist surgeons in the operating room, demonstrate product knowledge, and help ensure the right equipment is available for procedures. Legal relocation and travel requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) with minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional and/or related experience.
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting deeper penetration with existing customers and new conversions.
• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and ensuring proper equipment is available and optimized.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and strategic teams to improve service levels.
• Maintain deployment of equipment and ensure product availability across the territory.
