You will assist surgeons with product knowledge, ensure the correct equipment is available, and help drive clinical and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) with 2+ years of related experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional/related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and expanding existing customers and converting new accounts.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with product knowledge; demonstrate proper usage.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and ensuring equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot technical issues; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing teams; prepare reports.
• Maintain deployment of equipment and promotional materials; ensure quality standards.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and differentiate DPS value propositions.
