• Guide surgeons in OR with clinical and product knowledge; demonstrate proper use.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and ensuring equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and PO processes.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic teams; prepare reports.
• Maintain equipment deployment and ensure promotional materials are current.
• Differentiate DPS products by delivering unique value propositions to customers.
