Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics team seeks a Regional Clinical Sales Specialist to support surgeons in the Greenbrae, CA territory. You will guide and assist in operating room settings, providing clinical and technical support to ensure the proper equipment is available and functioning.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills, with travel across the U.S. to accompanying hospitals and clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Associate degree or medical certification + minimum 2 years of experience, or 4 years of experience.
• Recent military experience is considered relevant.
• Ability to travel within the U.S. as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with orthopedic cases.
• Provide clinical and technical support to ensure equipment availability and functionality.
• Troubleshoot, respond to physician needs, and manage hospital billing and orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and accounts teams to improve service and growth.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation and logistics support.

Education

Bachelor's degree

Associate degree or medical certification

4+ years professional experience

Military experience (recently transitioned)
