Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting further penetration with existing customers and achieve sales goals.
• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room through clinical and product knowledge; demonstrate proper use of DePuy Synthes products.
• Support customers by attending surgeries, ensuring proper equipment availability and optimizing trays.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with other teams; prepare sales reports and ensure high-quality service.
