Johnson & Johnson (DePuy Synthes) in Santa Rosa, CA seeks a Sales Associate to support surgeons in the operating room and healthcare facilities within the territory. You will provide clinical and product knowledge, assist with cases, ensure equipment availability, and build long-term relationships with hospitals and accounts.

The role emphasizes customer service, technical expertise, and collaboration across sales, clinical, and marketing teams to drive adoption of the orthopaedics portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) with related experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional or related experience; active military transition acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting further penetration with existing customers and market-share objectives in the territory; apply knowledge of sales process and product portfolio to improve outcomes.
• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge; present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products.
• Support customers by attending surgeries, ensuring equipment is available and optimized; provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer, procedural and marketplace insights with other teams to improve solutions and service levels; prepare sales reports and documents as required.
• Maintenance and deployment of equipment across the territory; ensure materials are presentable and standards met.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and retention; differentiate products with value propositions.
