Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and expanding existing customer base.
• Guide surgeons in OR through clinical and product knowledge; demonstrate proper device usage.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and ensuring equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and POs.
• Share insights with cross-functional teams to improve solutions and service levels.
• Maintain equipment deployment and ensure promotional materials meet quality standards.
• Differentiate DPS products by providing customers with unique value insights.
